At Meath Green Infant School, we aim to deliver a Geography curriculum that allows all pupils to access and explore their knowledge and understanding of the world in which they live, and the people around them. Children will gain secure knowledge of the world through teaching and resources. Fieldwork and educational visits or visitors will be used with pupils when relevant to deepen the context of learning regarding their own locality. Pupils at Meath Green Infants will leave our school with a range of knowledge, skills and language surrounding geographical concepts and the skills to discover their world further.
